I unchecked the box for shipping protection. However, at checkout it was added to my tab. I went back and, again, unchecked the box for shipping protection. Again, the shipping protection was added to my total. It wasn't worth the headache to call and have it fixed so I paid for it. Great marketing technique. Not sure how great it is for customer retention but here I am. I, also, called customer support to address another issue, no answer so I left my phone number and never received a call back. Luckily, there are other reputable fuel injector distributors. I have a steady influx of used cars. I know not to use this company unless in dire need. Thanks but no thanks.

10/10 recommend these guys for any injectors you need! The info they supply is also great!
