Fuel Injector Connection products in some cases are intended for high performance use, and as such, are not legal in the state of California (and many other states) on pollution controlled motor vehicles driven on public streets or highways. The federal government and certain states have various laws that may prohibit the removal and/or modification of any part of the emissions systems on street driven vehicles. The purchaser assumes all responsibilities and liabilities as to how and where the product is used. In addition, Fuel Injector Connection will not assume any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any damages to any part of the engine or vehicle, caused by the use of Fuel Injector Connection’s products. Fuel Injector Connection cannot control how these products are used, or under what conditions they are used, or what applications they are used for, and therefore, will not be held responsible or liable in any way, shape or form, for any damages, monetary or otherwise, that could conceivably be caused by the products use. Fuel Injector Connection reserves the right to change design, materials and specifications or to make product changes without incurring liability or obligation with respect to similar products manufactured.
Please note fuel injector modifications do not originate from, and are not endorsed or sponsored by Bosch, and are therefore no longer “genuine” Bosch.

Modified Performance Products Disclosure (Warranty Updated)

Modified performance products are independently modified, performance-oriented components intended for off-road use only. Use of these products is at the purchaser’s own risk, subject to the limited warranty provided by the seller.

Fuel injector modifications are performed independently and do not originate from, and are not endorsed, sponsored, approved, or warranted by Bosch. As a result, modified injectors are no longer “genuine” Bosch products.

Any warranty provided applies solely to the modifications and calibration performed by the seller, and does not extend to the original OEM manufacturer or any OEM specifications.

OEM names are used solely to identify the origin of unmodified cores and do not imply endorsement, approval, sponsorship, or warranty by the original manufacturer.
