Return Policy/Lost Packages

 

For an RMA form, click here. Please use your order number as your RMA number.

All returned goods must be received in brand new condition. All items must have been purchased from us directly. Items purchased through our dealers must be  returned through them per their return policy. Custom orders are not returnable, unless the customer ordered by written purchase order and the components do not match the specifications on that order. All electronic items are non-returnable.

***For brands other than Fuel Injector Connection, you must email us for RMA number and return instructions. If you return other brands to our location without emailing us for approval, you will be charged the shipping for us to send it to our warehouse out of state.

Returns less than 30 days from original purchase date will incur a 10% restocking fee. 
Returns over 30 days will not be accepted.

We offer shipping insurance through Route. Route shipping insurance will be automatically added to every order but you have the ability to opt out. Please note, if you opt out of shipping insurance and it is not a line item on your order we will not be held responsible for lost, missing, or damaged packages. Customer accepts responsibility for all lost or damaged items that are shipped from Fuel Injector Connection.
